A PENSIONER has been handed a community order and fine for breaching his sexual risk order.
Terry Bluck, of Meadow Close, Kempsey, Near Worcester, broke the order by approaching and communicating with two 12-year-old girls.
The 76-year-old carried out the offence in Worcester on August 23 last year, Worcester Magistrates Court heard.
He was prohibited from doing it by the sexual risk order which was placed on him by Worcester Crown Court on May 13, 2022.
Bluck was given a community order and must comply with any instructions of the responsible officer to attend appointments or to participate in any activity as required by the responsible officer up to a maximum of 15 Days.
He was also fined £150 after his guilty plea was taken into account.
Bluck must also pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge of £114.
