The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for thunderstorms in the West Midlands, affecting Worcestershire.
The warning is in place from 8pm on Wednesday, May 1 until 8am on Thursday, May 2.
Heavy rain is expected to fall in parts of Worcestershire, including in the Malvern and Evesham areas as well as south Worcester.
Surrounding areas such as Ledbury, Hereford and Gloucester are also included in the weather warning.

The Met Office says people in the West Midlands, including Worcestershire, should expect a few things while the thunderstorm warning is in place.
What to expect as Met Office issues yellow weather warning for thunderstorms
There is a small chance that homes and businesses could be flooded quickly with damage to some buildings from floodwater, lightning strikes, hail or strong winds possible.
Those using train and bus services should expect some delays and cancellations in the areas where flooding or lightning strikes occur.
Driving conditions could become difficult and some roads could be closed due to spray and sudden flooding.

The Met Office added that there is a slight chance that power cuts could occur and other services to some homes and businesses could be lost.
The forecaster added: “Thunderstorms are expected to move northwestwards across some parts later this evening and overnight bringing spells of heavy rain accompanied by frequent lightning with potential for 15 to 25 mm of rain to fall in 1 or 2 hours in a few places.
“Hail and gusty winds may also affect a few spots.”
