A FIRE crew extinguished an unattended bonfire.
A fire crew from Worcester Fire Station was called to attend a fire in the open at 21.17pm yesterday evening (Tuesday) on Waterworks Road.
The unattended bonfire was extinguished using a hosereel jet, with the incident closed at 21.44pm.
A spokesperson for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said: "A Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crew from Worcester Fire Station was called at 9.17pm on April 30 to a fire in the open in Waterworks Road, Worcester.
"An unattended bonfire, around 1m by 1m, was extinguished using a hosereel jet. Police also attended.
"The incident was marked as pending closure at 9.44pm."
