A DRIVER caught speeding on the motorway near Worcester is facing a potential driving ban when his case is heard in a city court next month.
Jack Edwards, 40, was clocked speeding on the M5 northbound between junctions 6 (Worcester) and 5 (Wychbold/Droitwich) and is due to have his case heard at Worcester Magistrates Court.
Edwards of Footshill Road, Bristol, Somerset, was caught exceeding the variable speed limit on September 5 last year. He was speeding at 'over 60mph'.
He entered a guilty plea on January 19 and the case was adjourned to consider a disqualification from driving. The case will next be heard at Worcester Magistrates Court on May 3.
