A TRACTOR has been set alight after a fire in Upton Upon Severn.
Fire crews from Upton, Gloucestershire and Tewkesbury were called out to the incident at 7.15pm on Wednesday, April 24 in Heath Hill.
Firefighters found a tractor in a field was engulfed in flames and used a hosereel jet and compressed air foam system to tackle the blaze.
The fire was successfully extinguished and no casualties were confirmed by Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service, with the incident closed at 10.17pm.
A spokesperson from Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said: "A Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crew from Upton upon Severn, supported by a Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service (log 776) crew from Tewkesbury, was called at 19:15 on 24 April to a large vehicle on fire at Heath Hill, Upton upon Severn.
"A tractor in a field was well alight and extinguished using a hosereel jet and a compressed air foam system.
"There were no casualties and no other emergency services were required.
"The incident was marked as pending closure at 22:17."
