'BURGER heroes' are to publish a book about their journey with recipes on how to make their world class burgers at home.
The Beefy Boys has a strong following in Worcestershire, thanks to their food truck appearing at venues over the past five years including GoodRoots cafe in Worcester and the Bull Inn at Fernhill Heath.
Now their first book ‘Beefy Boys: From Backyard BBQ to World-Class Burgers’ is due to be published on August 15.
The book will be published by Quadrille Publishing Ltd and will tell readers the secrets of making The Beefy Boys’ signature burgers, and include many of their famous recipes.
Pre-orders of the book now available from all major book retailers.

"More than just a cookbook, The Beefy Boys: From Backyard BBQ to World-Class Burgers is set to be a treasure trove of insider secrets and expert tips on crafting the perfect burger.

The business has gone from strength to strength in recent years, with the restaurant winning both Burger of the Year and Burger Chef of the Year at the 2023 National Burger Awards, and appearances on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen and The Hidden World of Hospitality with Tom Kerridge.
