A CITY cafe and restaurant has earned a five-star food hygiene rating as the owner says he and his team are 'thrilled.'
Caffe Bolero in St Nicholas Street in Worcester city centre has been awarded a 5-star hygiene rating by inspectors at Worcester City Council.
Caffe Bolero was awarded a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 (Very Good) by Worcester City Council on February 10 but this month continued when this month it was once again awarded the coveted 5 star rating.
Fatmir Cokaj, the owner and manager, said: "This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team.
"From our diligent kitchen staff to our attentive cleaning crew, each member of our team has played a crucial role in ensuring that our coffee shop maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for our customers.
"We believe that this accomplishment is not only a testament to our commitment to excellence but also a reflection of our ongoing efforts to provide our community with a welcoming and hygienic environment to enjoy their favourite coffee and treats.
