A CRASH involving two cars led to one man being injured as police, ambulance and the fire service rushed to the scene.
The crash happened Longdon Hill End, Upton upon Severn.at 3.30pm on Thursday afternoon.
Two Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews – one each from Malvern and Upton upon Severn Fire Stations – were called at 3.38pm to a crash involving a small vehicle.
A spokesperson for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said: "Fire service personnel made safe two vehicles which had been involved in an RTC. One casualty was handed over to the care of the ambulance service who attended along with police. The incident was marked as pending closure at 4.23pm."
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "We received a call around 3.30pm yesterday afternoon (April 11) with a report of a collision on the Longdon Hill End, Upton upon Severn.
Officers arrived at the incident to find two vehicles involved. One person sustained injuries."
A spokesperson for the West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called to reports of a two-car RTC on Longdon Hill End at 3.35pm, one ambulance attended the scene.
"On arrival we discovered one patient, a man. He was treated for injuries not believed to be serious before being taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital."
