A SERIOUSLY injured man was taken to hospital after two air ambulances were called to an incident in Worcestershire.
Ambulance crews were also called to the incident near Whitehall Lane, near Pershore, after a man received serious injuries.
It comes after an air ambulance was seen flying over Drakes Broughton.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called to an incident near Whitehall Lane at 3pm yesterday (Sunday).
"One ambulance, a paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulances from Cosford and Strensham were sent to the scene.
"On arrival, we discovered one male patient who was treated for serious injuries before being airlifted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham."
A witness said that they heard three sets of sirens in rapid succession before spotting one of the air ambulances.
