A WOMAN was injured after a car crash on a residential road in Worcester.
Emergency services were seen at the junction of Tolladine Road and Wharfdale Drive after a crash involving two cars.
A woman was handed over to the care of ambulance crews.
The two cars, which were on four wheels, were made safe by fire crews.
Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "An HWFR crew from Worcester Fire Station was called at 2.54pm on March 30 to make vehicles safe after a road traffic collision at the junction of Tolladine Road and Wharfdale Drive in Worcester.
"The incident involved two cars, both on all four wheels, which were made safe by fire service personnel.
"The road was blocked in both directions.
"One female casualty was handed over to the care of the ambulance service who attended along with police.
"The incident was marked as pending closure at 3.17pm."
Worcester News has contacted West Mercia Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service for a comment.
