EVER since I started Green Earthlings Weddings, I had the idea of a small, intimate event for newly-engaged brides in my head.
I loved the concept so much I just had to make it happen and I did!
So I am glad to say that on Sunday, April 21 the first of many workshops will be held and I can’t wait to welcome my lovely brides-to-be.
So if you are an eco-conscious bride, if you are a DIY bride or perhaps you are just curious, this lovely event is for you.
We will be joined by some amazing, local and sustainable businesses — Camomile & Cornflowers, Sugar Mood Wedding cakes, Naturally Grown Health and Easing Hill Vineyard.
You will be able to ask them any wedding-related questions from wedding flowers and flower decorations to flavour combination for your cake and portion sizes, how to prepare your skin ahead of your big day and about wine and food pairing too.
Of course, Green Earthlings Weddings will also be on hand to talk all things sustainable weddings, where to start with the planning, how to find your dream venue and other sustainable suppliers as well as lots of hints and tips will be shared.
I will also show you that planning a planet-friendly wedding is not as impossible as people might think.
The workshop is designed to be a relaxed event with some nibbles and drinks and every bride will receive a small goodie bag. Spaces are limited to four brides and one guest each.
Why not bring your best friend, bridesmaid or mum?
The location is The Fold, Bransford, WR6 5JB, and it will run from 2pm until 4pm.
