A leading estate agent is set to run its second annual garage sale.
Nicol & Co will host 'The Big Worcestershire Garage Sale' on Saturday, June 8.
The inaugural mass community day took place in the same month last year as a place for homeowners to declutter and sell unwanted items, attracting hundreds of residents in about 45 streets across the county.

Under the motto 'more the merrier', the estate agent aims to increase attendee figures for the upcoming event.
Managing director Matt Nicol said: "Our launch event last summer was a fabulous day and we had great feedback from everyone taking part that they loved doing it.
"They all managed to get rid of plenty of unwanted items, chatted to loads of neighbours on their drives and front gardens than they would normally, plus they all made a bit of money as well.
"In the end, we had more than 45 streets signed up, and with some streets having four or five households joining in we estimate that at least 80 households took part."
He added: "On Saturday, June 8 we’re expecting an even bigger and better day, as we’re hoping to see everyone from last year taking part again and to welcome scores of new households joining in."
The event aims to encourage neighbours in Droitwich, Worcester and Malvern to simultaneously hold garage sales on as many streets as possible.
Besides decluttering, garage sales can also assist in making some extra money by attracting buyers with its reasonable pricing of items.
Mr Nicol said: "Holding a garage sale can be a great way to meet neighbours and chat to members of the community, whilst also having a positive impact on the environment by reducing waste and keeping items out of landfills, giving them a new lease of life instead."
