A BUSY road in Worcester has closed due to roadworks.
Part of Astwood Road has closed outside the Premier Convenience Store as Severn Trent works on a new customer connection.
A spokesperson for Worcestershire County Council said: "Astwood Road, Worcester closed for new customer connection works by Severn Trent - to be completed today and the road reopened."
