ORCHESTRA and dance classics are an unusual collaboration but for one night it will become a reality at Worcester Cathedral.
The National Orchestra of Great Britain is coming to the city centre to give audiences a taste of some of the best dance anthems.
Featuring some dance classics (but not limited to) such as One More Time, Children, Missing (like deserts miss the rain) Sing it back, Good life, Sunchyme, Finally, Everybody’s free and much more.
Audiences can take to the aisles and dance the night away to a modern orchestral take on some Dance Classics.
The orchestra event will transform the historic Worcester Cathedral into a living light show like no other for a truly immersive experience for lovers of Dance Classics, Orchestras and Soulful Vocalists.
There will also be a colossal cinema screen to enhance the concert experience.
Illuminate goes beyond the stage, offering a larger-than-life visual narrative that compliments the musical performance.
Doors for the event open 30 minutes before the start time.
There will be two separate events on April 5, with one starting at 7.30pm through to 9pm and the other starting at 10pm through to 11.30pm.
