SIGNIFICANT delays are on a main city road after temporary traffic lights remain stuck on red.
Drivers and bus services are experiencing long delays on Rainbow Hill, according to the AA, after traffic lights have remained on red.
A spokesperson for First Worcester said: "Temporary lights stuck on red - Rainbow Hill.
"Delays to services."
