Upper Ham Common's land could be deregistered for the construction of a new storm drain.
Kerry Ruff and Worcester County Council have proposed a land swap to allow for the drain, which would divert surface water into the River Severn.
Another plot, described as 'replacement land', is proposed for registration as common land to replace the released land.
Those who want to submit representations about the plans can do so by Wednesday, April 10.
You can also inspect the application form and accompanying documents in person at Worcester St John's Library at Glebe Close from 9am to 4pm until the same date.
