A 'literary classic' is set to be brought to life at a Victorian listed property near Worcester over the Easter bank holiday weekend.
Visitors at the 30-acre, Grade II* listed Spetchley Park and Gardens can embark on a nostalgic adventure with 'The Railway Children'.
The gardens will host an interactive trail and immersive puppetry performances featuring characters from the popular story.

Sarah Bird, Spetchley Park garden operations manager, said: “We’re so excited to welcome families on our latest epic adventure, where we will be bringing a true literary classic to life.
"The Railway Children holds great nostalgia worldwide and the experience has something in store for each member of the family.
"There’s plenty of learning opportunities and we even have Mr Perks, the station porter teaching all about the bygone era of steam trains.”
"The garden will re-open for the new season on Wednesday, March 20 at 10am.
The themed trail and performances will take place from Friday, March 29 to Monday, April 1.
