A GAS leak in Kempsey led to a fire engine in the village this morning (Monday).
A fire crew were in Main Road after a minor gas release from an underground medium-pressure gas valve.
The incident has been left with Cadent Gas.
A spokesperson for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said: "A HWFR crew from Worcester Fire Station was called at 3.25am on March 18 to a gas leak on Main Road, Kempsey.
"A minor gas release from an underground medium-pressure gas valve adjacent to a gas unit was discovered using a ground monitor, and the incident was left with a Cadent gas engineer.
"The incident was marked as pending closure at 4.42am."
