A 33-year-old man has been named after he was charged with three counts of causing death by dangerous driving following a fatal crash which killed three people including a child.
Joe-Lewis Tyler of Grenville Road in Worcester has been charged with three counts of causing death by dangerous driving following the fatal crash on the A44 in Spetchley on Thursday, February 22.
He has also been charged with one count of causing serious injury by dangerous driving; three counts of causing death whilst uninsured and one count of taking a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent.
The crash happened around 3pm when a grey BMW 3 series collided with a white Ford Mondeo.

Claire Adkins, aged 39, and Courtney Hemming, aged 26, both from Worcester, died at the scene when the white Ford Mondeo, which they were travelling in, was in collision with a grey BMW 3 series.
Six-year-old Leo Painter, also in the Mondeo, was rushed to Worcestershire Royal Hospital but died a short time later.
