Councillor Robyn Norfolk is welcoming plans to expand The Kiln in Worcester.
It will now offer six fully serviced offices for the first time in addition to hot-desking and co-working opportunities.
This expansion is a response to the demand for city centre office space.
Ms Norfolk, chair of the council’s place and economic development committee, said: "The City Council has supported and worked very closely with The Kiln so we are pleased they can expand their offer to a wider range of businesses hoping to set up a base in Worcester."
