THE reason behind the unexpected road closure in Worcester City Centre has been revealed.
Severn Trent Water issued an unauthorised road closure of Deansway, Worcestershire County Council revealed.
The county council said the matter has been escalated.
A spokesperson said: "Deansway is now back open Unauthorised closure initiated by Severn Trent Water - matter escalated."
