There were two hour long queues in a village as hungry foodies tried to get their hands on an award-winning burger.
Foodies travelled far and wide last night (Tuesday) to queue for hours for a Beefy Boys burger after it revealed it would be doing a pop-up at Blackminster Business Park.
It was the first time Beefy Boys had come to Blackminster, near Evesham, and residents came in their droves to finally get a taste of the eatery's burgers.
The pop-up was arranged in collaboration with Hot Tubs Rock, which hoped the visit would raise the business park's profile and bring more footfall.
Angharad Wrigley, the founder of Hot Tubs Rock, said some customers had travelled an hour to be at the event.
"Beefy Boys had reached out as they had never been to Evesham and we had worked on similar events at our other showroom in Lydney," she said.
"We wanted to do something to bring more footfall to the site as we think people drive past and do not really know what is here, and there are so many lovely businesses."
Businesses like Hot Tub Rocks and X remained open during the event, and Beefy Boy customers could explore the retail park's offerings.
However, the event was not all smooth sailing and the Beefy Boys truck had blown its electrics 15 minutes before serving its first orders.
It led to customers willingly queuing for two hours while the van was fixed.
Mrs Wrigley added: "Beefy Boys said they served 250 people but I would estimate 300 to 400 people were there.
"Some had waited for an hour and left as we didn't know if the van would be able to open.
"Most people did not want to go, and some drove for over an hour.
"The queue was constant for over two hours and Beefy Boys finally stopped serving at 8.30pm."
