A WORCESTERSHIRE Post Office is awaiting a decision from the council over a recent planning application.
The Post Office, which is based in School Lane, in Cutnall Green, near Droitwich, has submitted plans for a glazed patio canopy and associated screens to replace the existing ones.
Lord Lee Morton, who also runs the Tea Rooms directly next to the Post Office, has applied to Wychavon District Council for full planning permission.
The Post Office was bought in the early 2000s with the Tea Rooms created as part of a site extension in 2007.
The application was received on February 26 and consultation is due to end on March 25.
