Two trees thought to be causing damage to a Worcester property are to be cut down.
Plans to remove a mature sycamore tree and a mature beech tree from gardens in Goodwood Avenue, Battenhall, have been approved by city planners.
The trees were once part of a much larger group of trees that were the subject of a tree preservation order made in 1968.
But most have since been removed, and both sycamore and beech roots were found underneath a property in the street that is suffering from subsidence.
