A planning application for a two-storey house and detached double garage has been submitted for a property on Barneshall Avenue.
Nigel Lloyd has made the proposal for land adjacent to The Hedges off Bath Road, with plans currently under review by Worcester City Council at The Guildhall.
If approved, the double garage would be built alongside the two-storey home.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wants to make comments about the application have until Wednesday, March 20 to do so.
