A proposal to turn a listed farmhouse on the edge of Worcester into five flats has been submitted to district planners.
The owners of Clerkenleap Farmhouse in Bath Road, Broomhall also want to demolish a garage to make way for two additional houses.
The site, which is accessed by a private road off the A38, is within the Worcester South urban extension, an area earmarked for the expansion of the city.
It borders the old Astons Coaches depot site, where 79 affordable homes will be built after being granted planning permission last month.
