Supporters of the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity who have signed up to the Government's Gift Aid scheme have helped raise nearly £100,000.
The tax-free Gift Aid scheme allows the charity to claim an extra 25 per cent from donations, raising £90,000 to enable an additional 58 lifesaving missions in the region this financial year.
Head of fundraising, Emma Wood, said: “(The donations) have meant we can reach more patients who need us in their critical time of need and, ultimately, helps to save more lives.”
