Wychavon district has been declared the Best Local Authority toilets in both England and the United Kingdom for the second consecutive year at the Loo of the Year Awards.
Nine of Wychavon’s conveniences have been awarded Diamond status, the highest possible accolade.
Cllr Emma Stokes, executive board member for Resident and Customer Service on Wychavon District Council, said: "We know our toilets are valued by residents and visitors and now we have independent confirmation of what we already believed, that our loos really are amongst the best in the country and we are right to continue to invest in them.
"I would like to say a huge thank you to our contractors Mitie and their cleaning staff who do a tremendous job looking after our toilets throughout the year."
The Loo of the Year Awards have been recognising and encouraging high standards in public washrooms since 1987.
Judging is based on the standard of hygiene, repair, and facilities at each location.

New facilities known as Changing Places toilets, which are designed for people with different disabilities, have also been installed at several locations with work ongoing to add more in Broadway Activity Park and Lido Park in Droitwich.
Abbey Park in Evesham’s and Pershore High Street were awarded a Platinum Plus status at the Loo of the Year Awards.
