The most successful and fastest selling estate agents in the area has been revealed.

Nicol & Co topped the charts in Worcester and Droitwich in 2023, selling homes faster than competitors in the area.

The data, supplied by the leading property portal Rightmove, showed that the company listed 198 properties in Worcester area codes WR1, WR2, WR3, WR4, and WR5, and successfully sold 167 (84 per cent) of them.

Properties remained on the market for an average of 143 days before a sale was completed.

In Droitwich, Nicol & Co listed 237 properties, and sol 184 (77 per cent) of the properties in an average of 137 days.

In Malvern, the company's newest office, it sold 69 properties at the fastest rate in the area, averaging 144 days from listing to completion.
