A DRIVER who was found with a "bald" tyre was left to "walk home" after police seized their car.
Police found the driver had ignored a previous warning by officers to get the car insured when the car was pulled over in Droitwich.
The car also had barely any tread left on its tyers.
A spokesperson for OPU Worcestershire said: "The driver of this failed to heed a warning letter from Operation Tutelage and carried on driving without insurance.
"Stopped in Droitwich and also found to have a bald tyre.
"The car was seized, and the driver reported, now walking home."
