A VILLAGE with a lot to offer has been put under the spotlight.
On a cold January morning the village of Crowle was showing its beauty when we took a visit.
With a population of around 1,000 residents the village sits around four miles east of Worcester.
And visitors may be surprised to learn how much is in this hidden gem of a village.
During our walkabout friendly dog walkers said "Hi" proving there it is a tight-knit village with a real community atmosphere.
During our walk around we were impressed with the charming cottages which are dotted along the road.
Down a little path is the stunning Crowle Church showing why it has been the scene of many weddings over the year.
Shop and Cafe at Crowle - a community enterprise which started out with the help of 100 local people five years ago.
A little further along Church Road you can find theOn the same site is the impressive Millennium and Platinum parish halls - popular modern-looking venues used for all kinds of events.
the Crowle 10k - the fundraising event which has become a popular annual fixture for residents.

Elsewhere in the village is Crowle First School and of course the village pub The Chequers pub and restaurant, which was recognised by TripAdvisor last year for "consistently earning great reviews".
