A WEATHER warning has been issued by the Met Office for Worcester with high winds on the way.
The yellow weather warning has been issued for Sunday and runs between 6am and 12am.
People are being warned that a period of strong winds may bring disruption to travel and utilities.
The warning covers the city as well as the north and west section of the UK.
The Met Office said there is a small chance of longer journey times or cancellations as road, rail, air and ferry services may be affected,
It warned there is a slight chance of some damage to buildings, such as tiles blown from roofs.
It added: "There is a slight chance that power cuts may occur, with the potential to affect other services, such as mobile phone coverage.
"There is a small chance that injuries and danger to life could occur from large waves and beach material being thrown onto sea fronts, coastal roads and properties.
"There is a small chance of injuries and danger to life from flying debris.
"There is a small chance that some roads and bridges could close."

Thursday is set to be another dry, sunny and cold day for most after a very frosty and icy start.
The Met Office said there will be a few very isolated snow flurries that may filter into neighbouring counties, particularly later. Maximum temperature is expected to reach 3C.
After another frosty night, Friday will be dry with plenty of sunshine and feeling somewhat less cold, according to the Met Office.
It will be turning milder and windier over the weekend with some rain likely at times with the yellow weather warning coming into effect on Sunday.
