TWO people have been taken to hospital and a third injured after a crash involving a minibus on a busy Worcestershire road.
A crash involving a minibus and car has closed Evesham Road (B4084) near Wick, Pershore.
Midlands Air Ambulance, West Midlands Ambulance and West Mercia Police have been on the scene since 8.44am this morning (Monday).
One man has sustained serious injuries after the crash, and another woman has received injuries not believed to be serious.
Both were taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called to reports of a collision involving a car and a minibus at the junction of Cooks Hill and the B4084 at 8.44am.
"Three ambulances, a paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham attended the scene.
"On arrival, we discovered three patients.
"A man was treated for serious injuries and a woman was treated for injuries not believed to be serious before they were both taken to Worcester Royal Hospital on land ambulances.
"A third patient was assessed and discharged at the scene."
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police added: "Officers are currently at a two-vehicle collision on Evesham Road, Wick.
"It is thought that one driver has sustained injuries.
"The road is currently closed."
