THERE was a very short spell of snow falling in Worcester this morning - which may have people asking if we are due any more this week.
Residents in the city were waking up to a light dusting of snow on their cars this morning (Monday) after Worcester experienced a very light snowfall.
One resident took a picture of a sprinkle of snow that had fallen onto their bins in Warndon.
Worcester may be getting more snow later this week after the Met Office revealed that a scatter of snow flurries is expected on Thursday (January 18).
A spokesperson for the Met Office said: "Outlooking for Wednesday to Friday.
"Wintry flurries overnight leaving icy surfaces on Wednesday morning.
"Otherwise, it is often dry and sunny to end the week with scattered snow flurries on Thursday.
"Staying cold with widespread overnight frosts."
This is expected to remain cold with an icy start to the mornings.
