POLICE are appealing for dashcam footage after a cyclist was found in a critical condition on a village road.
A man in his 60s suffered critical injuries after falling from his bike in a crash on Church Road in Crowle.
The 60-year-old was taken to hospital by ambulance, where he remains in a critical condition.
West Mercia Police said they are now appealing for witnesses or dashcam footage of the incident.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "We are appealing for witnesses after a man was found in a critical condition on Church Road in Crowle, Worcestershire.
"A man, aged in his 60s, sustained serious injuries after falling off his pedal cycle) at around 6.35am this morning (Friday 12 January).
"Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has dashcam/ring doorbell footage is urged to contact PC 21739 Lauryn Elliot by emailing Lauryn.elliott@westmercia.police.uk quoting incident 53i of Friday 12 January 2024."
The road was closed this morning (Friday) with a West Mercia Police cordon at both ends of the road.
Police cars on blue lights maintained the cordon as motorists were asked to avoid the route.
