Severn Trent have reminded customers to make sure they wrap up warm and their homes are protected as temperatures drop.
The Met Office has issued a yellow cold warning, with additional predictions of snow throughout January and February.
Customer contact lead at Severn Trent, Jodie Bowen, said: "Weather conditions are in for a big change over the next few weeks, so now is the time to make sure that your home is protected."
