A housing provider has issued a final reminder that just three of the 10 properties featured in an affordable homes scheme are left on the market in Pershore.
The remaining homes are being delivered by Hellens Residential, and are available for purchase under a discount market sale scheme for eligible households.
The scheme offers the properties at a lower price than their standard market value.

The terraced houses are priced from £248,500 each, and open viewings are available between 9am and 1pm on Saturday, January 13.
The development is a 15-minute walk from the town centre, and the properties incorporate the historic character of the adjacent Allesborough Farm.
To be eligible you must earn less than £80,000 per year and be unable to purchase the property at open market value.
Kate Hellens, managing director at Hellens Residential said: "We are delighted to be providing affordable homes in collaboration with Wychavon District Council."
She mentioned that seven out of the 10 properties had already been sold due to the great location and discounted price.
Ms Hellens added: "We’re looking forward to welcoming individuals and families to our open day on the 13th January for a tour of the final few homes."
