The floods are affecting bin collections in Worcester.
The council said it has been unable to get to a handful of bins around the city because of flooding.
“Apologies if you’ve been affected - we’ll get to you in the coming days, as soon as the water levels allow,” said a spokesperson for Worcester City Council.
The council's bulky waste collection service, which usually takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, had already been suspended over the Christmas period.
