LOOK around these eight luxury apartments, totalling a combined worth of £2 million.
The new apartments in Adelaide House, off Park Road in Malvern, have replaced a former care home.
Located near the village of Colwall, the apartments are being marketed for sale with Worcestershire estate agent Nicol & Co.
Matt Nicol, managing director of Nicol & Co, said: "This property is full of character but has stood empty for nearly a decade after serving as a care home for many years.
"This restoration is long overdue and has been welcomed by the local community, keen to see this derelict property brought back into use.
"The new owners of these apartments will find them completed to a high standard.
"Add to this the idyllic surroundings in the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the bustling spa town of Greater Malvern just the other side of the hills, and you have a wonderful place to live.
"Families will also find the added attraction of excellent local schools such as Malvern Parish CofE Primary."
Mr Nicol explained that his company handled the original sale of the project to Court Property Developers earlier this year and that the new apartments were expected to be completed by the early summer of 2024.
The Adelaide House redevelopment will create eight apartments with one or two bedrooms.
The new apartments range in size from a compact one-bedroom apartment of 418 sq ft, priced at £180,000, to a two-bedroomed 780 sq ft, priced at £325,000.
The property will have electrified entrance gates leading to off-road private parking and an established communal garden and outdoor space.
Each home will have a video door intercom and entry system that can be accessed from outside the home.
The apartments' specifications include integrated kitchen appliances, including electric ovens, dishwashers, washer-dryers, and fully-fitted kitchen cupboards.
There will be a high level of decoration throughout, including built-in wardrobes.
Mr Nicol added: "This unique development will blend historic charm with modern luxury, with the latest home technology in a building around 200 years old.
"These apartments are perfect for those seeking a downsize or a secure 'lock up and leave' home."
