A popular charity singing project is looking for 40 men to join a pop-up choir and learn to sing ahead of a live performance at the Swan Theatre.
'Men United in Song 2024,' is supporting Prostate Cancer UK, and will launch in the coming month.
The project, working through ten weeks towards the live performance in May, gives men in the area a chance to learn new skills while meeting new people, raising funds for charity and performing live on stage.

The initiative is not only for experienced singers, with organisers saying: "No previous singing experience is necessary, just a willingness to step outside your comfort zone, get stuck in and give it a go.
"Everyone’s in the same boat, and it’s all about the journey!"
Participants of the previous project echoed their positive experiences, with one saying: "I’ve always loved singing and I’m always humming or singing under my breath.
"I had seen Men United in Song advertised and finally mustered the courage to take the leap and apply.
"My experience was one I will never forget, and I thank the team for seeing potential in me and having me along for the ride."
Sign-up sessions for the project will be held on Monday, February 26 and Wednesday, February 28 in the Angel Centre, Worcester, from 7pm to 10pm.
It is stressed that these meetings are not auditions – instead, they are opportunities to get more information and get involved.
Weekly rehearsals start at the same location from 7.30pm on Monday evenings, beginning on March 4.
The grand finale performance will take place on the evening of Saturday, May 18, with all proceeds going to support Prostate Cancer UK.
