FLOODING has forced the closure of a car park near Worcester city centre.
Picthcroft car park, near Worcester Racecourse, has been closed by Worcester City Council after the river Severn broke its banks.
Worcester City Council said: "The river level is still high in Worcester so Pitchcroft car park is closed.
"Please use St Martin's Gate multi-storey or one of our other car parks.

Car parks open in Worcester today
As flooding continues to affect the city, there are plenty of car parks still open today (Tuesday).

There is also Crowngate car park in Moreton Place, Worcester.
There are still flood warnings in place on the river Severn in Worcester at Pitchcroft, Hawford Woods and Bevere and stretched along the Severn in Worcestershire from Bewdley to Upton-on-Severn.
