LARGE swathes of the UK will be affected by a yellow weather warning caused by Storm Gerrit tomorrow.
Though the Met Office has not placed a weather warning on Worcester, the city will still feel the effects.
The Met Office warned that Wednesday’s weather will see more rain sweeping across the region from the west, turning heavy at times.
Strong winds are expected throughout the afternoon, but temperatures will be higher than Boxing Day, according to the Met Office.
Maximum temperature in Worcester will be 13C.
The outlook for is set to improve with some brighter spells on Thursday and Friday.
However, the Met Office was there will often showery with strong winds.
Winds are predicted to ease and turn cooler for a time with further rain and stronger winds possible on Saturday, according to the Met Office.
