A 52-YEAR-old man is set to face a trial in the new year for allegedly breaching a court order.
Daniel Badham, of Kinnersley Road, Malvern, denies one charge of breaching a non-molestation order made by Worcester Family Court on December 7, 2022.
Badham is accused of committing the offence in Hereford Road, Leigh Sinton, on August 4 this year.
Badham was told to return to Worcester Magistrates Court on March 21 for his expected three-hour trial.
Badham was given unconditional bail.
Tom Wickstead, prosecuted while Jason Patel defended during the hearing at the court which took place on December 19.
