THERE has been a further adjournment in the case of a teenager who ordered more than £100 of food and drink at a Worcester restaurant and left without paying.
As previously reported Connor Reeve ordered £148.74 worth of food and drink from Hickory's Smokehouse restaurant in Cripplegate Park on September 1 this year, but dishonestly made off and avoided making payment.
The 19-year-old of Buckland Road, Childswickham, near Broadway, has also previously admitted three charges of theft from a shop.
On August 30, Reeve stole £90 worth of vape pens from Worcester Service Station, Henwick Road.
He also stole £25 of items from the 'Food to go' section of the Co-op in Gresham Road, Worcester, on September 5.
And on September 9 Reeve stole various snacks and drinks, valued at £28.19 from Co-op in Twyford near Evesham.
Reeve's was due to be sentenced at Worcester Magistrates Court on December 19 but it was adjourned for a third time.
Reeve was told he will now be sentenced on January 22 with a pre-sentence report to be prepared ahead of the case.
Reeve was given condition bail, the conditions including he must not enter Hickory's Smokehouse in Worcester; Worcester Service Station, Henwick Road; Co-op Store in Gresham Road, Worcester, and the Co-op Store in Twyford in Evesham for any reason.
