THREE men have appeared in court after being charged with a burglary at a property in Cutnall Green.
Robert Spiru, 32, of Scribben Close in Smethwick; Radian Iordan, 37, of Harington Croft in West Bromwich and Marian Comanceanu, 22, of Pryor Road, Oldbury, appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Monday, (December 11).
Spiru, Iordan and Comanceanu are all charged with burglary following investigations by North Worcestershire Neighbourhood Crime Fighting Team.
The charges are in relation to a burglary at a home in Oak Tree Drive in Cutnall Green on December 8.
The three are also accused of burglary of a home in the Greenhill area of Kidderminster on December 7.
Spiru, Iordan and Comanceanu did not enter a plea. The three are scheduled to appear at Worcester Crown Court on January 8 next year.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said in a statement a fourth man was also arrested for the same offences but has been bailed pending further enquiries.
