The following cases were heard at Worcester Magistrates Court on December 7.
GEMMA PAYNE, of Britannia Road, Worcester, admitted assault by beating.
The 28-year-old committed the offence on August 27 this year in Worcester.
Payne was given a one-year community order with eight weeks of electronically monitored curfew.
The curfew is in force between the hours of 7pm and 11.59pm nightly.
Payne was also ordered to pay costs of £135.
THOMAS PHILPOTT, of School Road, Salford Priors, Evesham, admitted drink driving.
The 39-year-old drove a Ford Ranger Index on Ban Brook Road, Salford Priors, while having 57mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath - exceeding the legal limit of 35mcg.
Philpott committed the offence on November 17.
The defendant was disqualified for 15 months, reduced by 15 weeks if he completes a drink-drive awareness court.
Philpott was also fined £576, costs of £135 and victim surcharge £230.
MATTHEW BARKER, of Talavera Road, Norton, Worcester, denies a charge of failing to provide a specimen for analysis - vehicle driver.
The prosecution alleges the 41-year-old committed the offence in Malvern on November 16.
Barker, who was given unconditional bail, was told to attend his trial on February 26.
NICHOLA GODFREY-FLETCHER, of Northfield Street, Worcester, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
The 42-year-old committed the offence in Worcester on November 18.
Godfrey-Fletcher was banned from driving for 36 months, which will be reduced by 36 weeks if she completes a drink-drive awareness course.
Godfrey-Fletcher was also fined £276, and told to pay costs of £135 and £110 victim surcharge.
DANNY GRAY, of Watkins Way, Malvern, denies using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third-party insurance.
The 31-year-old is accused of driving a Volkswagen Tiguan on Watkins Way when he had no insurance on May 10.
He was told to attend the next hearing of the case which was scheduled to take place on January 11 next year.
DARREN PASS, 53 of Abbeydore Guest House, Barbourne Road, Worcester, is accused of stealing from a shop.
The crown says Pass stole £520 worth of clothes from Marks & Spencer in Malvern on November 6.
Pass did not appear for his court hearing. The case was adjourned until January 11 next year.
