A visit by Father Christmas to Claines has been cancelled because of the weather.
Santa was due to visit a number of roads in the area tonight (Monday, December 4) alongside Worcester Lions Club.
But a message on the group’s Facebook page this afternoon says: “Due to the awful weather (which is not intending to improve) we have decided to cancel tonight’s sleigh around Claines.
“We appreciate that this is disappointing, but it really is miserable out there!
“We will look at Santa’s calendar and see if he can make another date this month.”
The Worcester Lions Santa Sleigh is also due to visit Dines Green on Wednesday and St John’s on Thursday.
