TWO emergency service crews were called to a kitchen fire caused by items left on a hob.
The Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue crews from Droitwich and Worcester were called to the kitchen fire on Alderbrook Road, Droitwich, at 10.18pm.
It was revealed that the small fire involved items left on the cooker hob, and the fire was extinguished by the crews.

The property was then ventilated to remove smoke, and no injuries were reported. The crews gave advice to the occupants and then left the scene.
