WORCESTER residents are being asked to help in the search for a missing man who may have got off a train at Foregate Street station.
Gloucester man James - no last name given by police - is considered vulnerable and was reported missing on Monday (November 27) after last contacting family.
He has not been seen or heard from since.
Gloucester Constabulary said it is understood the 51-year-old got on a train at Gloucester Railway Station at around 11.30am that morning which was heading to Worcester Foregate Street station.
Police said: "Enquiries are ongoing to establish where he got off the train, and at this time it is believed that it may have been Tewkesbury or in Worcester."
Police said they are keen to hear from anyone who has seen him, and police have released a CCTV image which shows he was carrying a distinctive colourful backpack.
He was also wearing a black jacket, trainers and a top which had writing on it at the time.
James is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall, slim and with short ginger hair.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 - or 999 straight away if he is spotted - quoting incident 429 of November 28.
