The Police and Crime Commissioner's office has been awarded a prestigious accolade following efforts to tackle violence against women and girls.
The office achieved White Ribbon accreditation, with champions and ambassadors from governance and estates teams now appointed as part of the process to implement a three year plan advocating good attitudes and behaviour in efforts to raise awareness.
PCC John Campion said: "I am proud my office is now White Ribbon accredited and I fully support the pledge to ensure I will never use, excuse or remain silent about this issue."
